Under the general direction of the School Director, assumes overall coaching responsibility for a
class of children by utilizing Montessori child development philosophy and teaching methods. Work
involves organizing and implementing the day-to-day classroom activities and programs. Monitors
and facilitates the progress of each child. The Coach is responsible for the safety and well-being of
the children while under his/her supervision. The Coach is given considerable latitude for initiative
and independent judgment in the execution of job duties.

Under the general direction of the Director, this role assumes responsibility for extended
morning and afternoon day of children by utilizing the Montessori philosophy. Work involves
organizing and implementing the activities and programs as directed by the Director to ensure
students are safely cared for. monitoring and facilitating the progress of each child. The
Classroom Assistant is responsible for the safety and well-being of the children while under
his/her supervision. The Classroom Assistant is given considerable latitude for initiative and
independent judgment in the execution of job duties with the Classroom Teacher’s approval.
This person must be approachable and friendly to all staff, children, parents, and visitors.

Under the supervision of the School Director, the Administrative Assistant provides support to the School Director in a wide range of office and school operations; coordinates and organizes office and school activities; coordinates flow of communications and information for the School Director; provides support by planning, organizing, supervising, and participating in the school office administrative operation; maintains confidentiality of sensitive and personal information; prepares and maintains a variety of records and reports related to assigned activities.
